  • All check-in and check-out processes are done remotely. You will be provided with a unique code for entering. More details about the process will be provided by direct message or through the guest portal.

  • Early check-in and late check-out, if available, can be provided at extra cost.

  • The apartment is located on the ground floor of a multi-family complex.
  • Each unit has its own parking space.
  • You will be provided with a unique code for entering the apartment.
  • Paid washer and dryer are shared with other guests and are located in a common area of the house.

Policies and Rules

  • Dogs are allowed in the unit and incur an extra cleaning fee. Certain breeds may be accepted, depending on the size of the apartment and the dog itself. Maximum allowed pets: 99 dogs. Cats are not accepted.
  • If you wish to have extra cleaning during your stay, please request it in advance; an extra charge applies.

Fees and Payments

  • Paid washer and dryer are shared with other guests and are located in a common area of the house. Cost is $1.75 for washer and $1.75 for dryer.
  • An extra cleaning can be arranged at an additional charge on request.
  • Early check-in and late check-out, if available, can be provided at extra cost.
  • A refundable damage deposit ranging from $300 to $500 is required. This deposit will be returned 2 to 5 business days after check-out, provided there is no damage to the property.
  • Alternatively, a non-refundable damage waiver is available, ranging from $50 to $80 USD.

  • Parking spot available on premises. Each unit has its own parking space.
